Mike Gillis

Mike is a technology industry expert and is a proven entrepreneur-intrapreneur. Prior to co-founding Successive3, Mike was President and Global COO for Hitachi Solutions America. In this role Mike led the company’s transformation from traditional systems integrator with 200 people in 2 countries to an industry-focused IP solutions company with 2,300 team members and having created operations throughout North America, Europe, and Asia with global development centers in India and Philippines. Mike joined Hitachi is 2007 as a result of the acquisition of Iteration2 a company he co-founded in 2004. Prior Mike has been a part of several successful start-up technology ventures.

Greg Carter

co-founder

Greg is a proven software and services industry leader, entrepreneur and intrapreneur. Prior to co-founding Successive3, Greg served as Executive Vice President and Global Sales Leader for Hitachi Solutions America and was responsible for its sales revenue. In this role Greg led the sales and marketing transformation from traditional systems integrator with 200 people in 2 countries to an industry-focused IP solutions company with 2,000 team members and operations throughout North America, Europe, and Asia with global development centers in India and Philippines. Greg joined Hitachi is 2007 as a result of the acquisition of Iteration2 a company he co-founded in 2004. Prior Greg had a successful career in sales management with Oracle, Peoplesoft, and JD Edwards.
